UK medical device CAB: audit-ready assessment trails
The challenge. Approvals lived in email and shared folders. Their last surveillance audit raised several documentation findings — and larger regulated buyers wanted proof of controlled assessment workflows.
What we did. We put each assessment into Acuitic Certify with versioned records, approval routing, change history, a simple client status view and signed reports from the same data.
The result. Their next surveillance audit passed without major documentation findings, status emails fell sharply, and they won a handful of higher-value regulated assessments.

Northbridge FM: job tickets for site teams
The challenge. A UK facilities firm was running reactive maintenance on WhatsApp threads and shared spreadsheets — engineers arrived without job history, and clients chased status by phone.
What we did. Shipped a job-ticket web app: clients raise requests, office assigns engineers, photos and sign-off stay on the ticket, and a simple client view shows open vs closed work.
The result. Desk staff stopped rebuilding the same job from chat history; engineers open a ticket with site notes before they leave the van.

Malaysia testing lab: certificates in about a week
The challenge. Three labs in Malaysia were growing steadily, but email, spreadsheets and paper field checklists stretched certificate cycles to about two weeks — and roughly one in six audits needed rework.
What we did. We rolled out Acuitic Certify with auditor assignments for field capture (app in rollout), shared client history, structured QA review and one certificate format across their branches.
The result. Typical turnaround settled around seven days, rework dropped, and their office team absorbed a meaningful increase in volume without a hiring spike.

Selat Freight: booking and POD for KL lanes
The challenge. A Klang Valley freight broker booked FTL and LTL runs over phone and Excel — drivers sent proof-of-delivery photos on chat that never landed in one place.
What we did. Built a booking board for lanes and vehicles, driver WhatsApp handoff for each run, and a POD gallery tied to the consignment so ops could close jobs without digging through chats.
The result. Ops closes most KL–Penang and port runs the same day with PODs attached; customers get a shareable status link instead of another phone chase.

Indonesia food safety: more jobs, clearer reports
The challenge. Paper checklists, personal-phone photos and hours of office typing capped capacity around fifty audits a month while demand was higher — and traceability checks ate half a day on site.
What we did. We moved their auditors onto Acuitic Certify field checklists (app in rollout) with tagged photos, guided traceability checks, live non-conformity logging and reports generated from the same capture.
The result. Monthly capacity rose into the seventies with the same auditor headcount, report turnaround shortened to days, and SME fees could come down without crushing margins.

Pak Arabian: fleet site and booking for Doha
The challenge. A Qatar transport company needed a public site for rentals, lease-to-own and commercial hire — with fleet that the office could update without a developer.
What we did. Built a Next.js marketing site with category-based fleet pages, WhatsApp-first enquiry, and an admin panel for vehicles and images.
The result. Live presence in Doha covering SUVs, buses, pick-and-drop and heavy machinery, managed in-house.
